XII. Hanged man
Suffering, resistance, dead end street, incapacity, crisis, delay, reversal.
Suffering is caused by resisting the experience of whatever presents itself in your life.
In bearing your cross and accepting even the most extreme circumstances of your life,
the part of you that resisted will die. Who you thought you were was not much more
than that resistance to life, and now there is nothing left to identify with. What you thought you were,
is no longer there. It is possible that God in man becomes visible.
